The atrocities we are constantly witnessing around the world are a direct testimony of why we need PEACE. Lasting peace will not come through force or retaliation. It will only be achieved when the world has a common focus. The common focus is on the incarnation of Peace.
Peace is not an abstract concept made up by civilized men. Democracy failed to deliver Peace.
Peace is a reality, a yearning and a person. We base our calendar on that person. Peace is Human. Peace is accessible and has walked the earth. Peace is found in the person of Jesus of Nazareth. Peace is God and man together! "ὑπόστασις".
The Hypostatic Union is the coming together of Peace and man in one historical person. He is the peace that passeth all understanding. So in the aftermath of the shocking tragedy in Paris, I want to encourage you to look for Peace. He is a man...He is the GodMan. And he is accessible.
